All ingredients and food preparation are subject to constant and thorough controls, according to Goody’s high quality specifications. Classic, Pocket, Extreme and Extreme Loaded burger patties are made without preservatives, made from beef brisket or shoulder cuts. The beef patties, the chicken breast fillets, the breaded chicken fillets, the Meat Free burger, the Chili sauce and the desserts are frozen. The pork gyros, grilled chicken breast fillets, chicken strips, and soft bun-pastries are pre-cooked and frozen. The Pulled Beef, Quinoa, Bolognese and Napolitana sauces are pre-cooked and frozen. The Vegetables burger, chicken wings, onion rings and the fries are pre-fried and frozen. For Caesar’s, Quinoa Salad, Chicken-Penne Salad and Mama’s salads we use only extra virgin olive oil. The oil used for frying is a mixture of palm and cottonseed oil.
